Dirty Shamrock

Ingredients

1/4 cup Oakhurst heavy cream

1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 1/2 ounces peppermint syrup

1/2 ounce vanilla syrup

1 can Dr. Pepper

Oakhurst whole milk

Chocolate shavings

Fresh mint

Preparation

Make whipped cream by whisking heavy cream in a cold metal bowl until stiff peaks form. Stir in sugar and set aside.

Fill a milkshake glass with ice. Add syrups and Dr. Pepper. Use the back of a spoon to float desired amount of milk on top of soda. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh mint.
