Easter Egg Dirty Soda

1 ounce Oakhurst heavy cream
1/2 ounce Oakhurst whole milk
2 ounces toasted marshmallow syrup, divided
1/2 ounce strawberry syrup
2 ounces lemonade
1 can Mountain Dew
Oakhurst half & half
Preparation
To make cold foam, shake heavy cream, milk, and 1/2 ounce toasted marshmallow syrup in a jar until smooth and slightly fluffy. Set aside while you build the drink.
Fill a glass with ice. Add remaining toasted marshmallow syrup, strawberry syrup, and lemonade. Pour in Mountain Dew, and top with half and half. Spoon cold foam over top to serve.
