Sour Cream, Cheddar and Bacon Dip

Meal Types:



  • 2 cups Oakhurst Sour Cream
  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cups scallions, chopped
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled


Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Blend together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in garlic, cheese, salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish (1 1/2 quart). Bake 25-30 minutes until the mixture is hot and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and top with bacon and scallions. Serve warm with toasted baguette or fresh vegetables.
