Position Description
Responsible for managing all Wholesale Accounts, managing the Sales Representatives calling on Independent Accounts and developing new business with additional Wholesalers and Independent Grocery & C-store accounts. Primary activities to include developing and executing specific sales plans; analyzing and communicating customer and competitors trends; organizing and managing events at customers, and developing/fostering relationships at all levels the wholesalers and independent accounts. In addition, this position will be responsible for understanding the accounts’ go-to-market strategies and needs and then develop recommendations to customize programs in a fair and equitable manner. Finally, this position will be responsible for developing customized presentations and business reviews for the accounts as well as status reports back to Oakhurst management.
